Mindfulness Training

Verdure Wellness is proud to offer a comprehensive mindfulness training program to help individuals develop their ability to pay attention to the present moment and become more aware of their thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations. Our experienced mindfulness practitioners will guide you through a variety of techniques, such as meditation, body scanning, and mindful walking, to help you reduce stress, improve focus, and increase overall well-being.

Our mindfulness training program is designed to be flexible and customizable to meet the unique needs of each individual. The program includes:

  1. Initial consultation: An initial session with a trained mindfulness practitioner to discuss your goals and needs, and to provide an overview of the mindfulness techniques that will be used in the training.

  2. Guided meditation sessions: Regular meditation sessions led by a mindfulness practitioner to help you develop your ability to focus and become more aware of your thoughts and emotions.

  3. Mindfulness exercises: A variety of mindfulness exercises, such as body scanning, mindful walking, and mindful eating, to help you integrate mindfulness into your daily life.

  4. Group discussion and support: The opportunity to discuss your experiences with other participants and receive support and feedback from the mindfulness practitioner.

  5. Resources and materials: Access to educational materials, such as articles, videos, and guided meditations, to support your continued practice and learning after the training.

  6. Online or In-Person Option: The flexibility of choosing between online or in-person sessions, according to your schedule and preference.
